"Wolooj" Sandbox currently accepts the products/services of the following themes:
- Cybersecurity and Data Privacy:
Products/services under this theme address the growing concerns around cybersecurity and data privacy in the financial sector. Participants in this cohort may work on developing secure technologies, protocols, and practices to safeguard sensitive financial information and prevent cyber threats.
Products/services under this theme revolves around ensuring that fintech innovations comply with existing regulations and standards set by the central bank. Participants may focus on creating tools and systems that facilitate regulatory compliance for financial institutions while promoting innovation.
Products/services under this cohort focus on integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into financial services. Participants may work on developing green finance solutions, sustainable investment products, or tools for measuring the impact of financial activities on sustainability goals.
Open banking initiatives aim to promote competition and innovation by allowing third-party providers access to bank data through APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Projects under this theme focus on developing open banking platforms, enhancing data security measures, and fostering collaboration between banks and fintech firms.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Finance:
This cohort theme explores the applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in improving financial services. Participants may work on AI-powered risk assessment tools, chatbots for customer service, algorithmic trading systems, or fraud detection algorithms within the regulatory sandbox environment.
