Law 12/2020 Right to Access Information
"Law No. 12 of 2020 Regarding the Right to Access Information" aims to regulate the freedom of information circulation, the right to access information in various domains, establish the principle of transparency and integrity in administrative and economic transactions, and implement the obligations emanating from international agreements, as this law is one of the matrices in international anti-corruption measures.
