Deadline Approaching for Exchange of 5th Issue Banknote
The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) stated a reminder that the deadline to exchange banknote of the 5th edition of the Kuwaiti Dinar is fast approaching, set to six days from now, 18 April 2025, after which no banknotes may be exchanged.
Those wishing to exchange the banknotes may do so by visiting the CBK’s Banking Hall, in person, with their identification papers and filling in the designated form. The bank noted that working hours for the Banking Hall at CBK Headquarters are 8:00 to 2:00 pm, and no request for the exchange would be accepted post this period expiring Friday, 18 April 2025.
