Proceeding from the principle of supporting, training, and attracting qualified national cadres of educational outcomes, CBK periodically participates in the "Economy Makers and Employment Opportunities Exhibition" which organized by the Collage of Business Administration of Kuwait University in the month of March of every year.

This exhibition provides job opportunities for young Kuwaiti graduates with ambitious vision and determination to achieve their goals, by acquainting them up-close with the quality of available jobs in the bank and their features.
