The Governor's Award for Distinguished Employees 2014
His Excellency, The Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait, Dr. Mohammad Y. Al-Hashel honoured a number of staff as “Distinguished Employee of the Year 2014”, in a ceremony in the Banking Hall of the Central Bank.
This Award, given to employees who have distinguished themselves as being highly motivated and demonstrated that they able to perform their duties diligently, is based on several criteria including:
- performance
- discipline
- responsibility
- competency
- work-skills
- creativity
- initiative
In making the Awards to employees who had distinguished themselves in this manner, Dr. Al-Hashel expressed his appreciation and gratitude for their dedication and devotion to the Central Bank. At the end of the ceremony His Excellency presented each winner with his/her Award and a Certificate of Merit.
